Mindfulness for Everybody: Managing Stress, Emotions, and Daily Life with Equanimity
Mindfulness meditation is an ancient practice that helps people calm their minds, gain insight, and improve wellbeing. Modern day researchers have uncovered a host of mental, emotional, and physical benefits. This class will introduce the basic concepts and principles of mindfulness and provide important background information.
Groceries for Good - La Crosse and Rochester
We are excited to introduce a new program this year called Groceries for Good. Starting in February, on the second Saturday of each month, PFC will donate 1% of sales for that day to a local non-profit organization selected by our PFC employees.
