Class has been CANCELLED due to low interest.

This class will provide a relaxing atmosphere for participants to learn about the concepts of self-care and mindfulness, experience guided practices, and gain tools for personal use. There will be time for discussion, reflection, and small group conversation. Additionally, please bring a device or pen and paper to write on. All proceeds from this event will go to La Crosse WAFER. This is a 2-part series held on Tuesday, March 21 from 6 -7 p.m. and Tuesday, March 28 from 6-7 p.m. The class is held in the new community room on the 2nd floor. The ticket includes the fees for both classes.

Instructor compensation will be donated to WAFER, a local food pantry. People's Food Co-op will donate all ticket proceeds to WAFER.

Greg Lovell currently serves as the behavioral interventionist at Holmen Middle School and has worked in education for over 15 years. He has taught mindfulness in a variety of settings, including schools, colleges, agencies, clinics, and other organizations. Greg has lived in the Coulee Region his whole life and currently resides in La Crosse with his wife and son.
