Chef Jena’s Basic Fresh Tomato Salsa


2 lbs hydroponic slicer tomato, seeded and diced

1 small red onion, diced small

1 jalapeno, diced small

1/2 cup diced cilantro

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

salt to taste

Directions

Prep vegetables and blend together well. If you prefer a less chunky, more cohesive salsa, pulse it a few times in a food processor until you reach your desired consistency.
