Crostini with Smoked Trout and Capers
Ingredients
Baguette cut into 1” rounds
Cream cheese
Smoked trout
Capers
Directions
Toast baguette rounds. Spread with cream cheese. Top with smoked trout (or salmon). Garnish with capers.
