Smoked Salmon Bagel

Ingredients

1 St. Paul Bagelry Everything Bagel, toasted

2 tablespoons Organic Valley Cream Cheese Spread

2 oz. Smoked Salmon, shredded

1 tsp. capers

1/4 cup local microgreens

Directions

Spread cream cheese on both halves of the bagel. Top the bottom half with smoked salmon, capers and microgreens. Bring both halves together and serve.
