Hot Cocoa with Cinnamon Whipped Cream

Hot Cocoa Ingredients

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon cocoa

1 ½ tablespoons sugar

¼ teaspoon vanilla

Pinch of salt

Hot Cocoa Directions

In a saucepan heat milk until it just begins to bubble stirring frequently.  Add cocoa, sugar, vanilla, and salt.  Cook stirring frequently until ingredients are mixed in and mixture is smooth.

Cinnamon Whipped Cream Ingredients

¼ cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon sugar

½ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon vanilla

Cinnamon Whipped Cream Directions

Combine ingredients in a small container with a tight-fitting lid.

Shake vigorously for 3 minutes.
