Melon Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients

1 cup ripe cantaloupe cut in cubes and frozen

1 packet mint tea brewed in ½ cup water

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

Juice of ½ a lime

1 teaspoon lime zest

1 cardamom pod, crushed and shell removed

Pinch of salt

Directions

Stir honey, lime juice, and lime zest into hot tea and chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour. 

Then, in a food processor or blender combine cantaloupe, tea, cardamom, yogurt, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.
