Zesty Slaw

Ingredients

¼ large cabbage, or ½ medium cabbage, roughly chopped

2 large carrots, shredded

1 cup of mayo

3 tbsp, Woodstock jalapeno sweet & spicy relish

1 tbsp or Sriracha, or more or less to taste

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

Fresh chives and parsley

Directions

Combine cabbage and carrots in a bowl. In a small bowl, combine mayo, relish, Sriracha, salt, pepper, chives and parsley. Combine cabbage/carrots with the sauce and stir until coated. Best if refrigerated for at least an hour.
