Learn how to make steamed and fried dumplings with Akebono Bhushan! Participants will be able to customize their ingredients to suit vegan/vegetarian/meat preferences. Fresh dumplings will be served with rice, miso soup, and various dipping sauces.
Akebono grew up in Japan and found her way to Wisconsin through the Winona sister city program with Misato Japan.
Akebono is volunteering her time to teach this class. The $20 fee covers the cost of ingredients.
Class will be held in the 2nd floor Community Room in our La Crosse location.
