Ingredients

2 Bagels Forever™ Onion Bagels

4 oz. Organic Valley™ Neufchatel softened

1 tablespoon olive brine (from the olive jar)

4 garlic stuffed olives, chopped

2 tablespoons pecans, chopped

2 sweet mini red peppers, chopped

Directions

Toast the bagels.

In a small bowl mix together brine, olives, and pecans. Spread on bagels. Top with red pepper. Serve.
