Avocado Toast with Fried Egg
Ingredients
1 fried egg
2 slices of Co-op’s Own™ Artisan Sourdough Bread, toasted
½ avocado, seeded and sliced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, rough chopped
Squirt of lime juice
A pinch of salt
Your favorite hot sauce
Directions
In a small bowl combine avocado, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mash with a fork.
Spread on toast. Top one toast with a fried egg.
Top with hot sauce.
