Brie and Fig Grilled Cheese
Ingredients
2 slices crusty bread
2 tbsp butter
1-2 tbsp, Divina Fig Spread
3-4 slices of Brie, thinly sliced
Directions
Butter one side of each slice of bread. Spread the jam on the other side of the bread. In a medium skillet, on medium high, place slices of bread butter side down. Place the brie on top of the jam on one slice of bread. Cook until the bread becomes brown and crispy and the brie starts to melt.
