Build Your Own Pasta Bake

Ingredients

5 cups of Field Day pasta, your choice (penne, macaroni, etc,)

1 lb meat, your choice (grass fed ground beef, Co-op’s Own™ sausage, Ferndale Market ground turkey)

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

½ yellow onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, diced

1-2 tbsp red pepper flakes

1 jar of Field Day sauce, your choice (marinara, etc.)

2 cups of shredded cheese (Mozzarella, Cheddar, etc.)

1 cup of Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 4 quart baking dish.

Cook pasta according to package. Drain.

In a large skillet, add oil. When hot, add in onion and cook on medium 2-3 minutes, or just until softened. Add in garlic and red pepper and cook an additional minute. Pour in sauce and stire to combine.

In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta and meat sauce. Add in shredded cheese. Stir until combined.

Pour into greased baking dish and cook 45 minutes.

Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese and parsley.
