Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients

1 lb. asparagus

1 tablespoons olive oil

Kosher salt

Pepper

Directions

Rinse asparagus and bend stem back and forth until you find the natural break.  Break off the woody part of the stem (the bottom) and discard.

Place asparagus on a rimmed sheet pan, pour olive oil over the top and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll asparagus in the pan to coat.

Place on a hot grill and grill 2 to 3 minutes, turning frequently until asparagus is crisp tender. 

Remove from grill and serve.
