Spinach, Feta, and Hummus Wrap

Ingredients

2 flour tortillas

½ cup prepared hummus

1 red bell pepper, sliced

3 cups baby spinach

¼ cup feta cheese crumbles

2 tablespoons chopped Kalamata olives

Directions

Lay tortillas flat.

Spread ¼ hummus on each tortilla, leaving 1/2” border around the edge.

Divide remaining ingredients into two and layer on tortilla.

Roll tortillas up tightly.

Slice and serve.
