Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

½ pineapple, diced

1/3 red pepper, diced

2 tbsp red onion, diced

1 jalapeno, diced

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

Juice of ½ lime

2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the pineapple, red pepper, red onion, salt, pepper and lime juice. Stir to combine. Add in cilantro and stir to combine. Refrigerate for an hour.
