Festive Cranberry Pinwheels

Ingredients

8 oz. Neufchatel, softened

1 cup feta crumbles

½ cup baby spinach, chopped

1 cup dried cranberries

½ cup toasted pecan pieces

4 flour tortillas

Directions

In a medium bowl mix Neufchatel and feta until smooth.  Stir in spinach, cranberries, and pecans.

Spread evenly on tortillas, leaving one half inch on all sides.

Roll tortillas up and refrigerate wrapped in plastic wrap 30 minutes to an hour.

Cut into 1” slices and serve.
