Turkey, Bacon, and Sriracha Mayo Bagel Sandwich

Ingredients

2 bagels, toasted

4 slices, Turkey breast

3 slices, Nueske’s Pepper Bacon (or other local bacon)

Sriracha Mayo (recipe below)

Spinach

Sriracha Mayo

1/4 cup, Mayo

3 tsp, Sriracha (less or more depending on your preference for heat)

1 1/2 tsp, dried chives

Directions

In a skillet, cook bacon until edges are crispy and white part of bacon has become translucent. Set aside on paper towel to drain.

Toast bagels. Once toasted, spread about 1 tbsp of mayo on each side of bagel. Layer turkey, bacon, and top with spinach or other greens.
