Herby Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients

8 ounces of cream cheese, softened

3 tablespoons of unsalted butter (can sub salted butter, just eliminate the additional salt)

1 clove of garlic

¼ tsp of salt

2 tbsp chives

1/3 cup each of basil, parsley, oregano

Juice of a ½ lemon

Directions

Combine cream cheese, butter, garlic and salt. Pulse until smooth—making sure there are no big chunks of garlic. Add herbs and pulse until combined. Add lemon and pulse a few more times. Cover and chill for at least an hour.
