Blackberry Peach and Juusto Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

Ingredients

Local salad greens (your choice!)
Blackberries
Peach, cut into slivers
Red onion, thinly sliced
Juusto, warm for 30-45 second, cut into bite size pieces
Pecans, roughly chopped

For the dressing

1/4 cup, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 - 1 1/2 tbsp, local honey, to taste
1 1/2 tsp, Dijon mustard
1 tsp, poppyseeds
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Arrange the salad greens and toppings to your liking.

In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, honey, mustard, poppyseeds, salt and pepper to taste.
