Campfire Tin Foil Packet

Ingredients

1 lb Grass Fed Ground Beef 

4 medium Potatoes 

2 large Carrots 

2 Celery 

2 cloves of Garlic 

1 small Yellow or White Onion 

4 tbsp Butter

Salt & Pepper 

 Directions

Chop the potatoes, carrots, celery and onions into ½ inch pieces and mince garlic. Place in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to bowl and toss to combine. Spread 1 tbsp of butter on a 18 x 12 piece of tin foil. Add ¼ of the mixture to the tin foil. Layer ¼ lb of meat on top of mixture. 

Seal your foil packet as tightly as possible. Fold two opposite sides of the foil in towards the middle so the edges meet. Roll edges down to create a seal. On the remaining sides, roll down each edge – sealing the packet. 

Cook 20-25 minutes on each side.
