Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
1.5 lbs of brussels sprouts
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Trim stems and slice brussels sprouts in half. Place in a medium bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Pour brussels sprouts onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes. Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
