Grilled Pork Loin
Ingredients
1 pork loin or thick cut porkchops, cut into 1 ½ to 2 “pieces
½ cup low sodium Tamari and soy sauce
¼ cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
Mix tamari, honey, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a dish. Add pork and turn in marinade to coat. Let sit for 30 minutes.
Grill on hot grill until pork reaches an internal temp of 145 degrees, flipping the meat halfway through cooking. Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
