Sweet and Tangy Pickled Radishes
Ingredients
12 medium/large radishes
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup of water
1 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
Directions
Thinly slice radishes. Place radishes in a pint jar. Add in 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar. Fill remaining jar with water, Add in coriander, red pepper, and sugar. Refrigerate overnight.
