Kale and Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

2 bananas

2 oranges, juiced

1 1/2 cups of blueberries

1 avocado

1/2 cup of yogurt

2 tbsp flax

1 cup of ice

1/2 cup of water

Directions

In a high speed blender, combine all ingredients. Blend on high for at least 30 seconds or longer until desired consistency.
