Marshmallow Pops
Ingredients
1 cup chocolate chips
Marshmallows
Small straws
Directions
Pour chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir.
Microwave again for 30 seconds. Stir
Repeat until most of the chocolate is melted.
Then stir until smooth.
Dip marshmallows in the chocolate to cover about half of the marshmallow.
Set on a pan lined with wax or parchment paper with the chocolate facing up.
Place in a refrigerator until set, then insert a straw into the marshmallow.
Variations
S’mores
Crush one graham cracker and sprinkle on top of the chocolate covered marshmallow before you put them in the refrigerator to set.
Peppermint Marshmallow Pops
Tip: These are great to use for stirring hot cocoa.
