Layered Taco Dip
Ingredients
Layer 1
1 can refried beans (16 oz.)
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 tablespoon jalapeno brine
2 jarred jalapeno pepper rings, diced
Layer 2
2 ripe avocados, cubed
Layer 3
4 oz. Organic Valley Neufchatel, softened
4 oz. sour cream
Layer 4
Sky Valley Taco Sauce
Layer 5
1 large green pepper, diced
2 sweet mini peppers, diced
Layer 6
Superior Fresh, Superior Crunch lettuce
Layer 7
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Layer 8
10 cherry tomatoes, sliced
Layer 9-garnish
¼ cup pepitas
Handful of torn cilantro
Directions
Mix beans, taco seasoning, jalapeno juice, and jalapenos until well blended and smooth. Spread in the bottom of an 8x8 dish.
Add avocado chunks in a layer on top.
Next, mix together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Spread over avocado.
Add remaining layers one at a time.
Serve with chips.
