Sheet Pan Turkey Nachos

Makes 4-6 servings

Ingredients

1 lb, Ferndale Market ground turkey

1 packet, taco seasoning

1/3 cup of onion, diced

1/3 cup of black beans

1/3 cup black olives, halved

½ cup pickled jalapenos, chopped

1 1/3 cup, shredded cheese

Bag of your favorite chips, about 8 cups (we recommend Whole Grain Milling Chips)

Directions 

In a medium sauce pan, cook ground turkey until no longer pink in the middle. Add in taco seasoning and cook according to directions on packet.

On a sheet pan, spread out one layer of tortilla chips. It’s ok if chips overlap a bit. Add on half of the onions, black beans, black olives, jalapeños, turkey, and cheese. Add another layer of chips and repeat step.

Turn oven to broil setting. On high, broil nachos for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese starts to melt.
