Meatball Hoagie with Pepperoncinis

Makes 4-6 hoagies

Ingredients

1 Perfect Meatball recipe

I jar of Field Day marinara sauce

4 medium hoagies (or your favorite bread of choice)

Butter

Garlic salt

Parmesan cheese, shredded

Mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup Pepperoncinis, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a medium saucepan, combine the meatballs and jar of marinara sauce. Turn to medium and let simmer.

Slice your hoagies (or prepare your bread of choice). Place on a baking sheet and toast for about 4 minutes, crust side up.

Remove from oven, and spread butter and a little garlic salt on each side of hoagie. Place on baking sheet and toast another 4 minutes.

Remove from oven, and spoon meatballs into hoagie. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Mozzarella. Place back in oven for another 4 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
