Toasted Italian Sub

Ingredients

Baguette cut into 2- 6” sections

4 to 6 slices of Beeler’s Deli Ham

6 thin slices Hard Salami

 16 slices Pepperoni

2 slices Provolone cheese

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons Pepperoncini

1 tablespoon Kalamata Olives

Handful of lettuce

1 tomato, sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

For each sub, cut baguette in half. On one side layer ham, drizzle with dressing, top with Provolone.

On the other side layer salami, then pepperoni, sprinkle with grated parmesan. 

Put on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts.

Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomato, dressing, olives, and pepperoncini. 

 

Dressing Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon dried thyme

½ teaspoon dried basil

½ teaspoon salt

Pepper to taste

Dressing Directions

Combine ingredients and shake or mix well.
