Sauteéd Kale with Pickled Onions
Ingredients
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
6 cups of kale, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
squeeze of lemon
your choice of something pickled
Directions
In a medium pan, heat olive oil on medium. Add chopped kale, salt, and pepper and stir for about a minute. Add in garlic and cook an additional 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat and squeeze about a little bit of fresh lemon on top. Serve with your favorite pickled ingredient on top or mixed in.
