Mango Salsa

Ingredients

Serves 4

2 ripe mangos, halved then diced

10 multicolored mini peppers, seeded and minced

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

¼ cup fresh packed cilantro leaves, chopped

½ small red onion, minced

1 lime, juiced

Salt to taste

Directions

Mix ingredients together in a bowl. Season with salt, then taste.

Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
