Cherry Nut Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

1 ripe banana cut into rounds, then frozen

½ cup frozen cherries

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/3 cup milk or almond milk

1 tablespoon flax seed

1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter

Directions

Place ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.  Serve immediately.
