Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed and rinsed

1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for drizzling

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

salt and pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Drizzle olive oil on a sheet pan.

Roll asparagus spears in olive oil to coat.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Roast in the oven 10 to 12 minutes or until asparagus is crisp tender and cheese begins to brown.

Note: Cooking time will very depending on the size of asparagus spears.
