Mustard Aioli

Ingredients

1 clove garlic, crushed and finely minced

1 egg yolk

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

Pinch of cayenne pepper

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Whisk together garlic, egg yolk, mustard, and lemon juice. Stream in olive oil whisking vigorously until well blended. Stir in cayenne and salt and pepper to taste.
