Perfect Meatballs
1/3 cup onions, finely diced
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp pepper
1 ½ tsp salt
2 tsp dried parsley
1 lb grass-fed, ground beef
1 lb Ferndale Market ground turkey
2 eggs
1 cup of dried potato flakes
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover a large sheet pan with tin foil.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and the ground turkey. Note: Your hands are the best kitchen tool for this recipe.
Add in onions, garlic cloves, pepper, salt, and parsley. Use your hands to mix in the ingredients.
Beat the eggs and add into the bowl. Add 1 cup of dried potato flakes. Mix until combined.
Use your hands to roll mixture into about 1 ½ inch balls. Place on rack and bake for 20 minutes.
