Easy Creamy Tomato Tortellini Soup

Ingredients

1 -32 oz. container Pacific Foods Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Soup

8 oz. frozen cheese tortellini, we used Rising Moon Four Cheese Tortellini

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

¼ teaspoon grated whole nutmeg

4 cups fresh spinach, chopped

Directions

In a saucepan heat soup until it begins to boil, stirring occasionally.  Then add tortellini, return to boil, and cook 4 minutes (or however long the tortellini you choose needs to boil per package directions).  Stir frequently.

Season with cayenne and nutmeg.

Add spinach in two batches, stirring into the soup to wilt the spinach.

Serve warm with toast.
